Land Intel: one search, the complete plot dossier

Choose the village and the survey/gat number - or stand on the plot and let GPS pick them - and Land Intel assembles everything in one place: every owner with khata and area, the parcel on the cadastral part plan, its exact coordinates, the ready-reckoner rate and the portal's own map-report PDF.

What one Land Intel search returns

Everything the portals would take an afternoon to gather, assembled in a single scroll.

Owners, card by card

Names, khata numbers, areas and pot-kharaba read live from Mahabhunaksha, searchable, exportable to CSV - and each card links to its own deeper look.

Parcel on the part plan

The survey's polygon highlighted on the village's MRSAC cadastral layer over satellite imagery, with measure tools and clickable neighbouring parcels.

Exact location

The plot's extent converts to WGS84 latitude-longitude on the spot: open it in Google Maps, fly to it in Google Earth, or share the pin.

Rate + portals' own PDF

The eASR ready-reckoner rate for the survey number, plus the Mahabhunaksha map-report PDF - the portal starts drawing ahead of your click.

How it works

From standing on the plot to the full dossier

  1. 1

    Locate the plot

Walk the district → taluka → village cascade from the same lists the portals serve, or tap Locate me and let GPS pick the survey under your feet.

  2. 2

    Pick the survey/gat number

From the village's live plot list (10, 10A, 10/2/4 all appear) or type it straight into the manual box.

  3. 3

    Read, share, download

The dossier: owner cards, part plan, coordinates, rate and the map-report PDF - one page you can screenshot, print or leave open on your phone.

Data sources

Everything live, nothing stored against you

Owners and plot details come from Mahabhunaksha (mahabhunakasha.mahabhumi.gov.in); the part plan draws on the MRSAC MahaBHUMI cadastral layer; the rate comes from the IGR eASR ready-reckoner. Every lookup is a live portal session cached only briefly - coordinates are never logged, and no private record about you is ever kept. For legal or transaction purposes, verify against the portals or the Land Records office.

FAQ

Questions people ask

What is the Land Intel tab?

The first tab of the app: one search per survey/gat number assembles the complete dossier - owners, the cadastral part plan, exact coordinates, the ready-reckoner rate and the portal's own plot-report PDF.

How does GPS Locate me work?

Tap Locate me; the browser asks permission once; your GPS point is matched against the village parcel layer and the survey under you is selected automatically. Ambiguous spellings surface as clickable choices, never as a silent guess.

Does it need sign-up or payment?

No. Land Intel is free with no account; every number is read live from the government portals and nothing about you is stored.

How is it different from the other tabs?

Land Intel is the all-in-one view. 7/12 Extract goes deeper on the revenue record (including owner-name and ULPIN search), ASR Rates on the ready-reckoner tables, and Village Map on whole-village PDF/KML downloads.

Is the information authoritative?

It is read as-is from the government's own portals for viewing and reference only; for legal or transaction purposes, verify against the portal or the concerned Land Records office.
