Every owner, card by card
Owner names, khata number, total area and pot-kharaba per card, searchable in the report, exportable to CSV, with a one-tap 7/12 per owner.
Land Intelligence & Cadastral Portal
Type a survey/gat number and get one dossier: every owner with khata and area, the parcel drawn on the cadastral part plan, its exact coordinates and the government valuation rate; the groundwork a whole afternoon of portal visits used to take.
One lookup ends in everything you need, not another webpage to screenshot.
Owner names, khata number, total area and pot-kharaba per card, searchable in the report, exportable to CSV, with a one-tap 7/12 per owner.
The survey's own polygon highlighted on the village's MRSAC cadastral layer, with a satellite backdrop and a clickable neighbour list.
The parcel's extent converts to WGS84 coordinates on the spot; open it in Google Maps or fly to it in Google Earth, or measure distance and area right on the map.
The ASR (ready reckoner) rate for that survey number, one click away; benchmark the plot before any deal.
Category, district, taluka, village: the same official lists the Mahabhunaksha portal serves, live.
Pick the survey/gat number from the village list or type it; spellings like 10/2/4 just work.
The dossier on screen (owners, part plan, coordinates) plus the downloadable map report PDF and the ready-reckoner rate.
Owners and plot details come from Mahabhunaksha (mahabhunakasha.mahabhumi.gov.in), the state's cadastral-mapping portal; the part plan draws on the MRSAC MahaBHUMI cadastral layer. Both are fetched live per search and cached only briefly. Maps and reports here are for viewing and reference only; authorised copies are issued by the Taluka Deputy Superintendent of Land Records office.
A single dossier for one survey/gat number: who owns it (with khata and area), where it lies (the parcel highlighted on the village cadastral map, plus coordinates) and what the government values it at (the ASR rate).
The plot report is map-first; it answers "where exactly is this plot and who owns it". The 7/12 is the revenue record of rights (crops, mutations, encumbrances). Together they cover both the geography and the title.
No; like Mahabhunaksha itself, maps here are for viewing only. For authorised copies, apply at the Taluka Deputy Superintendent of Land Records office.
Yes; the map has distance and area measuring tools, and clicking any neighbouring parcel opens its own report.
It is read live from the portal on every search (briefly cached, never stale by design). Ownership changes at the source the moment mutations are entered there.
Open the app, pick the village and the survey number; it takes less than a minute.
