CTS number & ward
The plot's City Town Survey number with its ward and settlement context — the index every deed, society file and tax bill refers to.
Land Intelligence & Cadastral Portal
Inside Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Nashik and every municipal area, land is identified not by a survey number but by the city survey office's CTS number. The property card (मालमत्ता पत्रक) is that plot's record of holders, boundaries and mutations. Search it here by CTS / N.A. number, live from Mahabhulekh, free and without signing in.
One card per city-survey plot, exactly as the city survey office maintains it.
The plot's City Town Survey number with its ward and settlement context — the index every deed, society file and tax bill refers to.
The persons recorded as holders of the plot, with their share entries — the starting point for any title check on an urban property.
The plot's measured extent and boundary description as fixed by the city survey — the geometry behind FSI and redevelopment calculations.
Successive entries recorded against the card — sales, inheritances, splits — so you can read how the plot's title reached its current holders.
In the 7/12 Extract tool, change the document type from 7/12 to Property Card. The district list switches to the city-survey districts the portal serves.
Choose the city-survey district, ward and settlement (village-in-city) cascades exactly as the portal presents them.
Type the CTS number (न.भु.क्र.), solve the captcha, and the property card opens as the portal renders it — holders, boundaries and entries.
The property card lookup opens a real session on Mahabhulekh (bhulekh.mahabhumi.gov.in), walks the city-survey cascades the portal serves, and renders the card the office itself publishes — cached only briefly and never stored as a private database. Note the portal constraint: the property-card search works by CTS/N.A. number only (no name search in this mode). For certified copies apply through Mahabhulekh or the City Survey office.
The property card is the urban equivalent of the rural 7/12: maintained by the city survey office for municipal areas, it records the holders of a city-survey plot with its CTS number, boundaries, area and mutations. It is the primary title-support record inside cities like Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur and Nashik.
Open the 7/12 Extract tool and switch the document type to Property Card (City Survey). Pick the city-survey district, ward and settlement, then enter the CTS number (न.भु.क्र.) — the record opens live from Mahabhulekh after the captcha.
City Town Survey (CTS) number — often written as न.भु.क्र. (nagari bhumi abhilekh kramank) — is the unique number the city survey office gives each urban plot. Old documents sometimes call the same serial the 'final plot' or 'FP' number.
No — the city-survey portal supports CTS/N.A. number lookup only. If you know only the holder's name, first locate the CTS number from society documents, the sale deed or the municipal property tax bill, then search it here.
The online view is for reference only. Certified property cards are issued through Mahabhulekh or the City Survey office; use the certified copy for registration, loans or litigation.
